When you order a 3D aquarium background from us, you can rest easy knowing your parcel is in good hands. We offer international delivery across all EU countries, using the trusted DPD Courier service. On average, your background will arrive within 3 to 6 working days, depending on where you live. As soon as your background is produced and dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

DPD will also text your mobile with a delivery slot, so you’ll know exactly when to expect your parcel. No more waiting around all day—just a straightforward, reliable service.

We take great care in packing every background. Each one is wrapped in bubble wrap and foam, then placed in a sturdy cardboard box with Fragile tape all over it. Thanks to this, it’s very rare for any damage to occur during transit. But if something does go wrong, we’re here to help and will always work to resolve the issue in your favour.

When your parcel arrives, it’s important to check the box while the courier is still there, especially if you notice any holes, scratches, or cuts on the packaging. If you spot anything suspicious, don’t let the courier leave until you’ve checked the background inside. If there is any damage, make sure to note it on the courier’s paperwork and contact us straight away.
