3D beige rock background 117x45cm

Aqua Maniac's Backgrounds are made from poly-resin, which is safe for all aquatic life. Our backgrounds sink, it's not foam, so you don't have to use silicone to fix them inside your tank. The background is not flexible, you can't bend it, but you may trim it by using an angled grinder, hacksaw, dremmel.

Installation is very easy, you only have to slide it inside your aquarium. This background comes in one section - if you have a centre crossbar you will need a background cut into 2 parts. Browse our website for 2 sections backgrounds. 

There are strips of foam fixed on the sides of the background, which will fill the gap between the glass and the background. The foam is around 2cm wide, so fish will not swim behind the background.

The rear is shaped like the front, it ranges from 2-3 inches at its widest point this being 3d and not a flat background.

The rear can be used to hide heaters, filter pipes, and air tubes. You can also easily drill holes for your filter pipes inlet or outlets. Filter pipes can be hidden behind the background or underneath.

Rock background is suitable for reptiles and can be fixed inside vivariums, terrariums etc.
